HUMAN & NATURE

I am part of the duo Schmidt & Lundtoft together with Birgitte Lundtoft and we make work with children (10-15 yrs) exploring relationships between human and nature. We have been artists in residence at Tvis Mølle naturlaboratorium, Amager naturcenter, and Kulturhus Kappelborg supported by Danish Arts Council, Tårnby and Holstebro Kommune, Børns Møde Med Kunsten, Kulturtjenesten Thy and Frederikshavn Kommune.

PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT

From 2015-2019 I have been hosting Practice Development in Copenhagen, which is a forum for professional dancers and choreographers to develop their movement practices and choreographic methods and take part in other’s, through moving, dialogue and observation. The practice have been running once a month duration 3 hrs in Copenhagen in Dansehallerne, Dansekapellet and Dansk Skuespillerforbund. We have been in total 27 participating practitioners. In 2017 four dancers from the group shared the first improvisation at Dansekapellet to live music by HALVCIRKEL.

In 2021-2022 I fascilitated PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT as a course at The Danish Actors Association for professional performing artists and directors.
